Alumnus Dr. Kamran Karimi has paper accepted in Nature, one of the world's most prestigious science journals (Expired)

The Department of Comptuer Science is pleased to report that Dr. Kamran Karimi, a Ph.D. graduate of this department, is a co-author of a paper accepted in Nature, one of the world's most prestigious science journals.  The title of the paper is "Quantum annealing with manufactured spins."  Dr. Karimi contributed expertise in data mining and algorithm design.  He was a student here from 1999-2005 under the supervision of Dr. Howard Hamilton, a faculty member in our department.  For more information on the paper, please see:
