Dr. JingTao Yao is Program Chair for Rough Sets and Knowledge Technology conference (Expired)
Dr. JingTao Yao, a faculty member in our department, is serving as a Program Committee chair for the 6th International Conference on Rough Sets and Knowledge Technology (RSKT'11), which will be held Oct 9-12, 2011 in Banff, Canada. This conference provides an opportunity to explore synergies between rough sets and state-of-the art knowledge technologies, in terms of both foundations and applications. As a program chair, Dr. Yao will oversee the work of the international program committee who review of scientific papers submitted to the conference to choose the best ones for presentation. Dr. Joseph Herebert, a recent Ph.D. graduate of the department, is also contributing to the conference as a Publicity Chair.
