CS 207: New Course on Building Interactive Gadgets is very popular (Expired)

A new course is available this term: CS 207 Building Interactive Gadgets.  This course, which is taught by Dr. David Gerhard, has turned out to be very popular, with almost every seat taken (46 out of 48 seats on September 8).  If you want to register for this course, you should act immediately.

Description: An introduction to building and controlling interactive devices for multimedia art and do-it-yourself projects. Build robots, new musical instruments, wearable computers. Learn about sensors and actuators; technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS; hardware platforms such as the Arduino; and software platforms such as Processing and MaxMSP.

Prerequisites: CS 100 or CS 110 or completion of 30 credit hours.
