CS Researchers win Best Paper award at INTENSIVE 2012 Conference (Expired)

The Department of Computer Science is pleased to announce that three of our researchers were awarded the Best Paper award at the Fourth International Conference on Resource Intensive Applications and Services (INTENSIVE 2012), held March 25-30, 2012 at St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles.  The award was based on the initial submission, the final camera-ready copy, and the presentation at the conference. The paper was: Mining Interesting Contrast Sets by Mondelle Simeon, Robert Hilderman, and Howard Hamilton.  Mondelle Simeon presented the paper at the conference. Ms. Simeon is a PhD student in our department and Drs. Hilderman and Hamilton are faculty members.
