Kazi Mamun benefiting from Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship at University of Regina (Expired)

Kazi Mamun, a PhD student in our department under the supervision of Dr. Sadaoui, was awarded the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship in July 2012.  It is the most prestigious graduate scholarship in Canada. This is the first time that a PhD student from the University of Regina has received this scholarship.  The scholarship is for $50,000/yr and is renewable for three years.

Dr. Sadaoui reports that Kazi is making excellent progress on his PhD work.  His research topic is: combating online auction fraud.
