Isabella Hugel - University Medal Winner (Expired)

The University Medal is presented annually at Spring Convocation to the most distinguished student – one who has achieved academic excellence in all courses completed during the previous twelve months with a minimum of 30 credit hours in two semesters.

Hugel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, as well as participating in the Co-operative Education program. She has an average above 94 per cent, has received many scholarships and has been on the Dean’s List in Engineering and Applied Science, and in Science.

Through three work terms in the Co-operative Education program, she is gaining hands-on experience and making valuable connection with potential employers.

She has also helped with the MSI Computer Camp for Youth, designed to engage the technology interests and creativity of young people.
