Winter 2014 CS Department Teaching Assistant Positions now open (Expired)

The department is now accepting applications for teaching assistants for the Winter 2014 semester. We are in need of markers & lab instructors. Please complete application forms to the fullest, marking clearly your preferences for specific classes (based on your expertise and knowledge in that subject area). DEPARTMENT: Computer Science

CLASSIFICATION: Teaching Assistant 2 (Monthly)

Preparing and delivering instruction for laboratory sections, and/or marking class assignments, and/or tutorial instruction, and/or website development for the Winter 2014 semester. Teaching assistants work under the supervision of class and laboratory instructors. The hours of an appointment will vary dependent upon the nature of the work and the enrolment of the class.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have previously taken the class (or its equivalent) for which the duties are assigned. Students who have taken a more advanced level of the course material, such as that acquired through graduate work, will be given preference.
