Dr. J.T. Yao is a co-editor for a special issue of the International Journal of Approximate Reasoning (Expired)

Dr. Jingtao. Yao, a faculty member in our department, is a co-editor for a special issue of the International Journal of Approximate Reasoning. The January 2014 special issue on Decision-Theoretic Rough Sets is edited by Jingtao Yao, Georg Peters and Huaxiong Li.  This special issue contains an introductory article entitled "Decision-theoretic rough sets and beyond" by the three editors plus 12 articles on the topic of decision-theoretic rough sets.  One of the articles is "Analyzing uncertainties of probabilistic rough set regions with game-theoretic rough sets" by Nouman Azam and Jingtao Yao.  Nouman Azam is a PhD student in our department.
