Department's Lego Robot Camp featured in Leader-Post newspaper, July 22, 2014 (Expired)

The first University of Regina Lego Robot Camp, which is taking place the week of July 21-25, was featured in the Leader-Post newspaper and on their website on July 22, 2014. The camp is being attended by kids aged 9 to 14 who want to increase their programming skills and have fun.

Dr. Daryl Hepting, a faculty member in our department, was interviewed about the camp. Dr. Hepting was quoted in part as saying, "We think this is maybe a good way to introduce computer software programming in an interesting way, to introduce it to the kids."
