CLASSIFICATION:

Teaching Assistant 2 (Monthly)

 

 

TYPICAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing and delivering instruction for laboratory sections, and/or marking class assignments, and/or tutorial instruction, and/or website development for the Winter 2015 semester. Teaching assistants work under the supervision of class and laboratory instructors. The hours of an appointment will vary dependent upon the nature of the work and the enrolment of the class.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must have previously taken the class (or its equivalent) for which the duties are assigned. Students who have taken a more advanced level of the course material, such as that acquired through graduate work, will be given preference.
