CORRECTION:

In this paper (Zhang and Hamilton 1997), 
there was a methodological problem in deriving the experimental 
results.  Briefly, too many of the instances were categorized
as correctly classified.  Thus, all results in Section 5 should 
be ignored.

for a description of an alternate method and correct experimental
results.
